Before we actually meet, you will probably hear about our web design service through another service profiessional. You may even receive a brochure, or discover our website on the internet. Please take the time to have a good read, and then feel free to contact us.

Contact Jonathan (our sales executive) or complete our online questionnaire for a more accurate website design quotation.

Jonathan will ring you back with answers to any questions that you may have, and if you're keen to hire our website designers, then he will arrange a "sit down" meeting (usually over lunch or a cup of tea).

If you're happy with our offer, you can opt to pay a deposit and sign a contract. Jonathan's job is to sell you our website design service, and get you to sign on the dotted line. He does this with confidence, because our package prices and our portfolio speak for themselves.

At this point, we start the website design process by requesting specific information. Who are you, what do you offer - and another dozen questions. Jonathan will bring along an easy questionaire and he can ask you the questions over a cup of coffee, or you can take this list of questions with you, and send it back to us at a later date.

Once we receive this information, we then "design the words" to sell your business. This is perhaps the most difficult part of building a website. It's very important to develop a persuasive sales message. Put simply, we present information about your business, highlighting the benefits that you provide. We then integrate these words into an attractive and effective website to drive home your crediblity.

Jonathan will usually arrange another meeting to present the draft website. At this stage, the website will almost be complete. You can view it on a laptop, or you can view your website online. At this point we discuss any changes that you may wish to make. We can add further information at your request, and modify the website design to your exact needs.

Upon full payment, we will release the website onto the internet. We provide a backup copy on CD-ROM, and we extensively test and monitor the website's early progress.

At this late stage, we usually offer guidance and help with your internet marketing campaign. We can suggest several ways to drive visitors to your website through paid advertising. We reveal the amazing depth of our marketing knowledge, and can offer you options to extend, expand and explode your website sales ...

Eventually, we request a testomonial from you, and we showcase your website on our main GalwayDesign.com website. We're so confident that you'll be delighted with your new website, that we anticipate that you will recommend us to your colllegues! |
